Ten days ago, our Chef Nicolas Bouynet invited our students to discover different varieties of bread as well as where they come from, how they are made and with what ingredients.
Delischool brought forward 4 types of breads (with Turkish olives, country bread, ciabatta, rye bread) to delight with in the canteen.
